Friends used to call me Snowwhite. It is funny. I realize how my images tend to show a world of harsh contrasts...Ebony black, Snow white, with few little drops af blood to sustain life. Also I spent many years dormant, covered by ice and choking on poison that was fed to me. Now that coffin broke open and I can breathe again, and (oh-at last!) express myself through images. I am confused and overwhelmed. Only very recently I realized how I blocked my visual inner world for years, suffocating, while I always longed for it. In May I started with painting, and last week with photographing. I am very happy.
